GRAY LEVEL - LEVEL TEST 1

This is the baseline test. Baseline testing must be completed under 5:15 for Men and 6:30 for Women500m row
40 Air Squats
30 Sit-Ups
20 Push-Ups
10 Pull-Ups

WHITE LEVEL - LEVEL TEST 2

Clients must have completed and passed the Level 1 Test "White Band" for Level 2.

Choose 10 out of 11 of these exercises. Must pass with an 80% rate. 1 minute rest between each exercise.

Push Ups (40 men 40 women (knees) consecutive)
Sit-Ups (65 in 2 minutes)
Air Squats (80 in 2 minutes)
Burpees (20 in 1 minute)
Hand Stand (Hold for 70 seconds)
Thrusters (15x 75# men, 55# women)
Wall Balls (15x 20# men, 14# women)
Push Press (15x 75# men, 55# women)
Jump Rope (500 singles in a row OR 15 double unders)
Box Jump (20 consecutive jumps on 20" box)
400 Meter Run (1:45 men, 1:55 women)

RED LEVEL - LEVEL TEST 2

3 Parts to the Red Level 3 test. You must pass each part to move on. Clients must have completed and passed the Level 2 Test for Level 3.

PART 1

2 Mile Run + 50 Pull-Ups in under 20 minutes (men)
2 Mile Run + 25 Pull-Ups in under 25 minutes (women)

PART 2

10 Clean & Jerks at body weight + 10 Over-Head Squats at 3/4 body weight in under 10 minutes (men)
10 Clean & Jerks at body weight + 10 Over-Head Squats at 1/2 body weight in under 12 minutes (women)

BLACK LEVEL - LEVEL TEST 4

3 Parts to the Level 4 Test. You must pass each part in order to move on. Athletes must have completed and passes the Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 test to qualify for Level 4.

PART 1

2000 Meter Row (under 7:15 for men, under 8:15 for women)

PART 2

3 minutes at each station. Must score at least 1 rep in every section with a total of 80+ to pass to Part 3.

1. Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
2. Deadlift (315# men, 155# women)
3. Handstand Push-Up (1 Ab Mat women)
4. Squat Clean and Jerk (155# men, 95# women)
5. Muscle-Ups

PART 3

3 Mile Run with Sandbag

(80# sandbag in under 45 min men)
(40# sandbag in under 50 min women)
