Stimulus wise, we are looking for a power snatch weight we would use on the classical CrossFit workout “Isabel”. It should be a loading that we could complete 10+ repetitions unbroken, when fresh, if we went for it. A challenging load, but one that we are very confident we can clear without a single missed repetition.
