Fitness Test (PST):

2000 Meter Row for time, 10 minutes rest

then

Max Push-Ups in 2 minutes, 2 minutes rest

then

Max sit-ups in 2 minutes, 2 minutes rest

then

Max dead hang Strict pull ups, 10 minutes rest

then 1.5 mile run (do 3 loops of 800m)

We will start by 5:10am. The plan is to do this every few weeks and improve! We will finish before 6am then do the WOD. Hope you can join us!
