Dumbbell Weight: 70 / 50 lb
Sets should be completed unbroken.

– It is up to the athlete to decide how long to rest between sets in order to get them done unbroken.

– If you break, you’ll need to repeat the set in order to mark this workout as Rx. If you choose to just complete the set as needed, your score will be considered scaled.
