Member Spotlight

This months nutrition/member spotlight goes out to Kaitie Baker! 👏🏻
Kaitie’s been working with Tiersa on her nutrition for 3 months now. She is also Coach Andrew’s big sister!!
When starting her nutrition journey with Tiersa she felt like she had a decent background in nutrition because of her nursing background. But adding in intense workouts and eating to properly fuel your body was a whole other ball game. 😳
Kaitie found out she was under-eating and not getting near the amount of protein her body needed to build muscle.💪🏻 She was feeling tired halfway through her day and feeling worn out by the end of her workouts. 😴😫🏃🏽‍♀️
Since working with Tiersa Kaitie’s view on food has changed. 😀What you put in your body for fuel and feed your muscles completely makes a difference. Balancing your macros for your body’s needs is huge. It’s made a complete difference in her endurance and strength. She says, “I’m eating like a teenage boy but my body needs it!”
Nutrition Coaching has taught Katie how everything stems from your nutrition. If you give your body the right amount of fuel, the sky’s the limit. Listen to your body’s needs, it’ll tell you if you’re lacking in Carbs/Protein/Fats. 💪🏻🍗🍠🥑🥦
We asked Kaitie what type of advice she would give someone who is thinking of starting their nutrition journey. This is what she said….”To anyone thinking about nutrition coaching GO FOR IT! It gave me the guidance I needed to help my body gain muscle and strength. It’s made all the difference. Take it day by day, but you’ll see a huge difference as the days go on. I’m excited to see the continued progress I make. I still fully plan to kick Andrew’s butt!”
Kaitie you have really killed it in the gym and with your nutrition! Keep up the hard work, you can totally kick Andrews butt! 😁 💪🏻🔥
