We’ll go over the amount of sugar we consume as a society
, also all the ways that sugar is hidden in nutrition labels. Did you know there are 60 different names for Sugar?
We’ll discuss the top 3 foods with hidden sugar and lastly we’ll help give you 3 easy tips to stay mindful with added sugars.

Richard has been training at CrossFit Preferred since August 2020!
He continues to improve and has built up his strength, endurance/aerobic capacity and many other areas of fitness since joining the gym.

Congratulations Margaret Olson on your engagement! We are so excited for both of you!
Congratulations Ryan Smart and Shayne Peterson on completing The Bryce Canyon Ultra Marathon!
Congratulations to Kris, Shayne and Kelsey on their Grand Canyon Run! They ran/hiked the south rim. They started on the South Kaibab trail and went up Bright Angel! It was an awesome day!
Kimberly and Phil River Trip! They went on a very fun adventure of stand up paddle boarding camping earlier this month. It went great! It was very warm during the day but cooled off at night for camping! Super fun! This looked like such a fun trip! So glad you both had a great time!
