Do you spend hours per week getting your workouts in and barely take anytime for recovery?
Ideas for recovery:
- Spend 5-10 minutes after your workout stretching
- Foam Roll or use a lacrosse ball
- Use a massage gun
- Get a massage
- Use a stretching app like @gowod_mobilityfirst
- Visit a physical therapist. We love @therazona_physicaltherapy
- Visit a Chiropractor
